Ingredients

cauliflower, trimmed and broken into florets

cubes
garlic paste
or 2 tsp minced garlic

tsp
ground cumin
2
tsp
ground turmeric

tsp
ground coriander

tsp
chilli flakes

olive oil
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except cauliflower. Place cauliflower on lined baking trays and spread over tray. Brush with marinade and toss cauliflower to coat.
Roast 10 minutes at 200C. Toss cauliflower again and roast another 10 minutes.
