Fried Asian Celery
Celery flavoured and fried with Asian flavours to make a great side dish especially for chicken and fish.

Heat coconut oil in a large frying pan or wok. Stir fry celery and chilli flakes for a few minutes until it starts to soften and colour.
Add tamari and continue to stir fry until celery is nicely coloured. Top with sesame seeds sprinkled over.
