Asian Tuna Skewers with Lime
Tuna fillet steak with simple Asian flavours, grilled or barbecued on skewers.

Combine all marinade ingredients and add your fish. Marinate for at 2 hours or overnight if possible.
Thread tuna onto skewers and grill or barbecue until coloured and cooked. Be careful not to overcook or you will dry out the fish.
Serve with lime wedges to squeeze over.
