Instructions

  • Combine all marinade ingredients and add your fish. Marinate for at 2 hours or overnight if possible.
  • Thread tuna onto skewers and grill or barbecue until coloured and cooked. Be careful not to overcook or you will dry out the fish.
  • Serve with lime wedges to squeeze over.
