Who doesn’t love awesome Buffalo Wings with Blue Cheese Sauce? They’re a classic served at parties, taste amazing and with just a few small subs are really easy to make low carb! There’s different kinds of sauces you can serve Buffalo Wing’s with but I never miss an excuse to make a blue cheese sauce. The buffalo sauce, the blue cheese sauce and the wings are all incredibly easy and simple to make and when combined make a brilliant feast.
Frank’s Red Hot Sauce is the most popular choice for a buffalo sauce and the ingredients just all happen to be low carb – no grains or sugars, meaning little reason to sub! Frank’s is also readily available in supermarkets but if you sub with a different hot sauce, try to pick one with good ingredients.
This recipe is a great example of how you can take favourite ‘taboo’ food and make it low carb, often with minimal effort. If you’re wanting a side I suggest a simple leafy green salad with a basic dressing!
