These Asian Tuna Skewers are about as simple as it gets with basic flavours to complement the tuna. Use meaty tuna steaks that will be easy to cut into cubes and thread on your skewers.
One of the most important things to remember is not to overcook the fish or it will be incredibly dry. If in doubt, leave the fish slightly undercooked rather than overcooking.

Asian Tuna Skewers with Lime
Ingredients
- 1 kg tuna fillet steak, large dice
- 1/4 cup tamari soy sauce can sub with coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 2 drops stevia glycerite
- 2 limes, to serve
Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients and add your fish. Marinate for at 2 hours or overnight if possible.
- Thread tuna onto skewers and grill or barbecue until coloured and cooked. Be careful not to overcook or you will dry out the fish.
- Serve with lime wedges to squeeze over.
