Fathead Ham Cheese and Mushroom Pockets
Ingredients
- 1 quantity Fathead with coconut
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheese of choice I used a mix
- 125 g block cream cheese
- 5 medium mushrooms
- 200 g ham
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt, to taste
Instructions
- Combine ham, cheese, cream cheese, mushrooms and oregano. Mix well.
- Make Fathead according to recipe adding garlic powder and salt.
- Cut into 4 equal pieces and roll out into circles. Divide ham and cheese mix between circles, placing on one half. Fold over, crimp and seal the edges.
- Place on lined baking trays and spray with olive oil. Bake at 180C for approximately 15 minutes or until golden and browned.
