I love finding new ways of using my ice cream recipes and a low carb friendly Vanilla Milkshake doesn’t get easier than this. It’s also an awesome recipe to use if your ice cream has accidentally frozen really hard because it all gets blended up in the milkshake.
I use unsweetened almond milk but you can sub with your nut milk of preference or coconut milk. You could also use cream but because the ice cream is already made with cream, I feel like using more in the milkshake is a bit too much.
Vanilla Milkshake

Ingredients
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 serve vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Blitz together in a blender. Pour into a glass and serve.
