If you love cauliflower but haven’t tried it roasted, then you need to! It is absolutely delicious and tastes really different to cauliflower that has been steamed or boiled. This is flavoured with garlic and turmeric and makes a great side with lots of different meats. I especially love it with lamb!

Roasted Turmeric Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, trimmed and broken into florets
- 2 cubes garlic paste or 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except cauliflower. Place cauliflower on lined baking trays and spread over tray. Brush with marinade and toss cauliflower to coat.
- Roast 10 minutes at 200C. Toss cauliflower again and roast another 10 minutes.
