Tandoori seasoning that can be used guilt free without having to worry about added nasties. Unfortunately it seems spice blends often have sugar, starches or seed oils added and often they will have all three! But you can make your own spice blends to use without having to worry about whether anything extra has been added. I save my larger empty spice jars and small condiment jars to use for my spice blends.
Tandoori Seasoning
2 tbsp paprika
½ tbsp. cumin
½ tbsp. coriander
¼ tbsp. turmeric
¼ tbsp. chilli powder
1 tbsp garam masala
½ tbsp. dried mint
Place all spices in a jar. Cap tightly with the lid and shake until spices are combined.
