This fish is really nice and simple and uses my Dukkah recipe as a coating. This fish has a really lovely taste cooked in the butter. Serve with your favourite side or a salad would complement this fish well.
Dukkah Crusted Fish – Serves 4
½ quanitity of Dukkah, get the recipe here
4 firm white fish fillets
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
100g butter
Combine dukkah and parsley in a bowl. Place a fish fillet in the mix and crumb with the dukkah, making sure the fish is evenly coated. Repeat with remaining fish fillets. Melt butter in a frying pan over medium high heat. Place in fish and fry for about 4 minutes each side or until cooked through and the dukkah crust has browned nicely. Serve with a side of your choosing.
