Who doesn’t love a Greek Salad? The freshness is gorgeous and it’s a great combination of low carb items. Add a dressing that is free of added ingredients like sugar and seed oils and you’ve got an awesome low carb side.
The tomatoes and olives can make the carbs a bit high but only a small serving of Greek Salad is required. Personally I’m not a fan of olives and fresh tomato so I leave them out for myself which gives me a less authentic but much lower carb Greek Salad.

Hi Nikki, this Greek Salad includes red onion (included in photo) but is not listed in the ingredients. Thought you might like to know.

Thanks so much Sandra! I’ve been updating all my old recipes and must have left it out in the ingredient list. I’ve updated it now and it was already included in the macros so they are the same as before, thanks again for pointing this our for me! xx
